 Any areas showing wear, particularly paint, should be cleaned up or
repainted. Do you need to do a full exterior paint and repair job? Yes, if
it looks like it needs it! A couple of years ago, you could probably just
have put a sign in the front yard and sold it in a matter of weeks or a
couple months. Today, sellers in most of the country need to work hard in
